To ensure our tenants’ safety, and in order to keep our records up to date, it is important that we are informed of any changes to your living arrangements.
In the instance of the passing of a family member it is important to note that it is not always possible for a relative to succeed the tenancy, as there are a number of policies and procedures we need to adhere to in order to ensure everyone is treated equally.
If you receive Universal Credit, Housing Element or Housing Benefit, any changes to your living arrangements may also affect your benefit entitlement. It is important that you report any changes so that you are not over or under paid for your housing costs. If you have any queries, contact your Neighbourhood Housing Officer.
