Update from SBC on the parking situation on Hodson Road near the roundabout after a request was made by Ward Cllr Shaw:

This request from yourself and previously from Cllr Foley on behalf of the Parish Council has been noted and recorded on our list of requests.
Unfortunately, as you will be aware, we do not have the resources to action all the requests we receive. We are encouraging residents to make requests
via their local Ward Councillors which the Parish Council ( as a representative of the residents) have indeed done in this instance. On receipt of such requests as agreed with Cllr Heenan as our Cabinet Member, Member requests for Highway schemes outside of any approved works programme
will be collated on a list which will be reviewed and projects prioritised should resources become available to take issues forward for further investigation. This will allow us to forward plan workload in line with the staff resources that are available.
