A message from Ridgeway View Family Practice:
Given the recent speculation on social media, we would like to reassure our patients and community that the front desk at Station House Surgery will NOT be closing!
A member of staff will be available at Station House Surgery to support with basic queries and distribute medication, during practice opening hours which are not changing.
Having listened to patient feedback regarding wait times when calling the practice, and to ensure we utilise our limited resource as effectively as possible, we are working to create a Patient Services Hub, to serve all Ridgeway View Family Practice patients at both Wroughton Health Centre and Station House Surgery.
All appointment and general queries will be directed to the new Patient Services Hub – allowing the practice to ensure the maximum number of staff are available to service all of our patients more efficiently.
