The Transitions Roadshow is a virtual event for 2021, and is for parents, carers and professionals who support young people age 14+ with additional needs as they prepare for adult life. The Transitions Roadshow will provide advice and information about what services and opportunities are available to support young people as they prepare for adulthood. Organisations taking part represent employment, education, social care, health, voluntary sector services, community and sports activities, financial services and others.
