Cllrs from the Parish Council met remotely with a member of SBC’s Highways department yesterday to understand the work involved in providing layby parking and improved parking for Draycot Foliat and Windmill Piece, funded by the Parish Council.
The process is long and complex, but Cllrs and the Parish Council remain committed to completing these works if at all possible.
We have been given some starting points which we will follow up on straight away. The completion of these projects is still a long way off, but we will provide updates when we have more to report.
