Notice Of Temporary Road And Footway Closure – Broome Manor Lane. Swindon
This restriction is being introduced to allow the Highway Agency to carry out works and surveys for the bridge deck refurbishment and will prohibit vehicles/pedestrians from proceeding on Broome Manor Lane either side of the section which crosses the M4 Motorway.
Traffic to be diverted via B4005 (Hodson Road, Brimble Hill and Marlborough Road), A4361 (Moormead Road, Swindon Road and Croft Road) and B4006 Pipers Way and vice versa.
The Order will come into force on the 1 June 2020 for 18 months but it is anticipated the initial survey works will take place overnight and a 24 hour road closure for the main bridge deck refurbishment works.
