Dear resident
The Parish Council want to engage with Swindon Borough Council to facilitate the re-surfacing of New Road, between the Mays Lane junction and the roundabout. One hurdle to this work will be the inevitable road closure of New Road whilst works take place.
The Parish Council is hoping to gain the support of residents who would be affected by this closure to advise Swindon Borough Council that this is not an obstacle, and for them to proceed with plans. If you can indicate your support for an appropriate road closure for road re-surfacing then we will compile these views and send them to Swindon Borough Council.
