With only 29 responses so far to the Neighbourhood Plan regulation 14 consultation, we really need more views from residents, so we know the draft plan is considering what local people want included. This plan once complete will carry weight with any new developers looking to build within the Parish and also with Swindon Borough Council as the Planning Authority.

You can then reply online using the Survey Monkey Link (see here) or contact us via clerk@chiseldon-pc.gov.uk to ask for a paper feedback form to be posted to you, or emailed to you. Responses can also be sent to clerk@chiseldon-pc.gov.uk or The Old Chapel, Butts Road, Chiseldon, Wilts, SN4 0NW.
If you would like a paper copy, please call 01793 740744 and we will send you a copy in the post. However, please note that paper copies are over 100 pages long, so we urge residents to view online where possible.
The deadline for responses is now Friday 8th March.
The plan is an important planning tool moving forward as it will indicate to prospective developers and home owners, what the standards and requirements are of local people when submitting planning applications.
