Land at Common Head – Hills UK Ltd
From the developers “Pro Vision“:
We shall be holding a community consultation event on Wednesday 20th June between 3pm and 7pm at the Holiday Inn Express Swindon West (which is located close to the corner of Marlborough Road (A4259) and Dorcan Way (B4006) regarding our clients, Hills UK Ltd, proposals to develop land in their ownership off Day House Lane for up to 70 dwellings.
The plan which identifies the site subject of the proposals in red is attached for view. As you will note from the attached, it lies adjacent to (and originally formed part of the) Commonhead allocation which is now referred to as Badbury Park.
(Please note the Parish Council have no further information on this proposal but will be sending Cllrs to attend the consultation.)
