Preparing for Adulthood Transitions Roadshow, 15th June 2022, 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at the Legends Lounge, Swindon Town Football Club
The Transitions Roadshow is back as a face to face event for 2022, this year at Swindon Town Football Club. The Roadshow is for parents, carers and professionals who support young people age 14+ with additional needs as they prepare for adult life.
