A message from Sustrans who manage the cycle path:
I would like to advise the Parish Council that Sustrans will be closing the cycle path between Chiseldon and the M4 for four weeks between February 19th and March 16th. We will be carrying out repairs to several sections including a new surface along the old unsurfaced railway embankment and improving safety on two tight bends. In addition to this we will be adding an tarmac overlay to the whole path to extend its life expectancy. The path will be closed to pedestrians and cyclists for the duration of the works. A signed diversion for cyclists will be in place between Chiseldon and Coate Water.
