The national census helpline is now up and running alongside a language support service and local support centres. I am delighted that Voluntary Action Swindon is running the Swindon Census Support Centre. They are now offering pre-booked appointments over the phone to help people compete the census and, if circumstances change, it may also become possible to offer this as a face to face service.
