With J15 roadworks due to start in Sept 19 is there anyone who would like to join the local Community Speed Watch team? Training is given and then the team co-ordinate sessions on the major roads in the area (Subject to police prior approval). Whilst they cannot issue fines or penalty notices, information on speeding vehicles is given to the police to trigger letters and a visit once a threshold is reached.
