The Wroughton Library has now moved to the Ellendune Centre and will reopen on Monday 22nd January. It will be found in the Alexandra Room which is on the left-hand side, beyond the Parish Council offices. The number of books available has been reduced and there will only be two computers, but users can go online order books from any of the other libraries in Swindon. These can then be collected from Wroughton Library. Unfortunately, SBC Library Service will make a charge of £1 for each book ordered. The library will operate from The Ellendune Centre until the building work is completed in the old library, which should be by August/September 2018.
The hours for the library will be:
- Mondays 1.00pm – 5.00pm
- Tuesdays 11.00am – 3.00pm
- Wednesdays Closed
- Thursdays Closed
- Fridays 1.00pm – 5.00pm
- Saturdays 10.00am – 1.00pm
Anyone holding a Swindon library card can use any of the other libraries in the Swindon area.
