As we are all faced with reducing social interaction to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all library buildings are closed until further notice. We are working hard to ensure you are still able to access library services from home.

Helping you access library services online

  • All library loans will be automatically renewed until libraries are reopened.
  • All library memberships due to expire before the end of June will be automatically renewed for six months.
  • Library members can still download an eBook, eMagazine or Audiobook for FREE on to your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.

We are pleased to offer you access to Find My Past from the comfort of your own home.

Normally only available from a library pc, you can now access this key resource for online genealogy on your own pc or device.
