The Parish Council are doing an internal review of the cemetery to ensure it remains safe for visitors, staff and contractors.
One of the first things we will be looking at is the use of any vases or other decoration that are made of glass and porcelain, which present a danger if broken and are not permitted within our cemetery regulations.

Please be assured that we will attempt to contact the next of kin before any items are removed from graves, and any items that are removed will be stored for a period of 6 months outside the Chapel to allow collection.
The Parish Council would like to assure next of kin that every attempt will be made to remove items respectfully.
If you care for a grave, you may want to ensure that any breakable containers are replaced.
