We are looking for an apprentice butcher to replace one of our team (Dave) who is retiring. We are a full carcass butchery specialising in local traditional breeds and you will learn knife skills, food preparation and customer service skills. You will need to be keen to learn, well presented and a team player. Training will be provided combined with in-house support from our butchery team who have all served apprenticeships with us.
