21/70. Discussion on what professional services to hire first to move the project forward.

It was decided to get 3 quotes from architects for a basic building and land design that can be taken to SBC for Pre-planning approval.
It was also determined that the costs of purchasing the land was the next steps as without this the project scope cannot be determined.
Clerk to follow up with estate for progress and also gain 3 quotes from architects.

21/71. Discuss the Wroughton Funding document.

It was noted that the project would need to be handed over to a Trust in order to gain access to more funding than the PC could apply for.
The 3 main sources of funding were National Lottery, Sports England and Football Foundation.
The National Lottery can fund £100,000 a year for 5 years.
The recommendation at this stage was that the committee set up a trust to manage the project to ensure maximum funding could be sought.
The Clerk is to ask the Wroughton Clerk whether they have created a Trust to gain funding.

The Clerk has an action to draw up a process list/flow chart for the work left to do. To liaise with Cllr Harris.
