PLANNING. A reminder to councillors that the new Gov BNG policy should be checked against the relevant applications to ensure the applicant has stated the method for their 10% BNG increase. (extensions are excluded from BNG). SBC are the body for controlling BNG.
6. PLANNING. Approval of Bio-Diversity Net gain “BNG” information sheet/policy for Cllrs use. See additional information.
7. Discuss and vote on S/HOU/24/0857. Single storey rear extension. 40 Draycot Road.
8. Discuss and vote on S/HOU/24/0953. Single storey rear extension. 13 Cambrai Road.
9. Discuss and vote on S/HOU/24/0409 INSPECTORATE APPEAL. 28 Carisbrooke Terrace, Two storey/first floor side extensions, single storey rear extension, and erect detached garden shed. To vote on whether to send any further comments to the inspectorate. CPC objected to the application and SBC refused the application. Applicant has appealed to the Gov inspectorate. 10. PLANNING. Discussion & vote on any planning applications received from Swindon Borough Council after the agenda is published. Published on the councils Facebook page and on the council’s website.
11. PLANNING. To discuss and vote on approving a quote from a consultant to assist with the councils review and vote on any future application by Hannick Homes for the land at Hodson Road. See additional information.
12. HIGHWAYS Review and approve quotes for materials and installation costs for the SID on New Road. See additional information.
13. HIGHWAYS. To discuss any action the PC can take with regards to access issues on the narrow section of High Street. See additional information.
14. HIGHWAYS. Approval of Draycot Foliat new drawings for layby work. So tender can be published. See additional information.
15. HIGHWAYS. Approval of Windmill Piece new drawings for layby work. So tender can be published. See additional information.
16. HIGHWAYS. Discussion and update for new Cllrs on the ongoing projects requested to SBC. Weight limit on New Road, traffic control at the A346/New Road junction, removal of New Road buildout.

18. Rec Ground improvement. Review and provide feedback to the landowner of the draft “Heads of Term” for a land lease and confirm the land area required for phase 1 of the plan. To also approve solicitors quotes if required to review the document.
