Latest Update On Junction 16
Over the next few weeks Junction 16 will see some big changes. On the morning of Tuesday 28 November users will notice a significant difference in the road layout south of the roundabout as a new temporary road layout comes into action. The Lydiard Fields no right turn is expected to be lifted by the end of Friday 8 December, as the team will start the resurfacing of the Lydiard Field area during the week commencing 27 November. The image above shows what the layout of the southern part of the junction will look like from Monday (27 Nov).
Elsewhere the team continues to progress with traffic signs, signals, gullies, kerbs and preparation for the surfacing. The new traffic layout will enable work to start on the traffic islands. Please use the link below for further information on Junction 16, M4.
