Proposed Residential Development to Provide Additional Dwellings at Badbury Park -Public Consultation Event
A public consultation event relating to a forthcoming outline planning application has been prepared by Persmission Homes and Redrow Homes for a residential development at Badbury Park, Land at Commonhead, Swindon.
This information has been distributed to occupied properties in Badbury Park and to other properties nearby, including at Coate, Liddington and Badbury.
This application will seek permissions for up to 300 dwellings and associated works, including provision of public open space, on land forming the final phase of development Badbury Park, which currently allocated by Swindon Borough Council.
The public consultation event will be held:
- Monday 23rd April 2018
- 3pm – 8pm
- Swindon Marriott Hotel, Pipers Way, SN3 15H
During this meeting information will be displayed relating to the proposed development, with members of the project team on hand to dicuss the proposals and answer questions. There will be an opportunity for feedback to be given allowing for all parties to actively engage, comment and shape the evolution of the project.
